03 · What you do

Three things from you

  1. 1Send the quote listWithin 5 working days.
  2. 2Approve the follow-upsWithin 3 working days.
  3. 3Answer the repliesWithin 1 working day.

04 · The fee

A share of what comes back

For the first three clients, the fee is 10% of the gross profit on orders from the frozen list placed within 90 days. After that it's 20%. Not VAT registered

Gross profit, not order value: a £30,000 order that makes you £9,000 means £900 to us at 10%. No orders, nothing to pay.

05 · Questions

Before you send the list

Which quotes go on the list?

Every quote from the last 12 months that never got a decision, frozen on day 1. If there are quotes you'd rather leave alone, they come off the list before anything is sent.

Who sends the follow-ups?

They go out in your voice, and you approve every one before it is sent. Replies go straight to whoever handles sales at your firm, the same day.

How do you know an order came from the follow-up?

Every order is traced to its quote number in your own accounts. If the quote is on the frozen list and the order lands within 90 days, it counts. That is agreed in writing before day 1, so there is nothing to argue about later.

Why gross profit and not order value?

Because gross profit is what the order is worth to you. A share of order value would pay us for the cost of your materials.
